My History

My career in hospitality has been built one role at a time, each one adding a layer I didn’t have before.

I began in operations and reservations, learning the industry from the ground — literally the front desk — up. From there, I moved into sales, where I discovered I liked the strategic side of hospitality as much as the guest-facing side: understanding a market, building a corporate account, reading a forecast and knowing when it’s wrong.

That path led me to my current role as Assistant Director of Sales at a four-star hotel in St. Petersburg, where I now work across corporate accounts, MICE, and VIP bookings — the kind of work that requires equal parts precision and diplomacy.

Along the way, I’ve become fluent in the operational backbone of the industry: revenue management, market segmentation, Opera PMS reporting, and the quiet negotiations that happen long before a guest ever checks in.

I hold a Linda Thompson Scholarship, and I’m currently building toward the next chapter of this career — one that I hope will be international, English-speaking, and a little bolder than the one before it. The Room 108 is both a professional portfolio and a running record of that journey.
